16" Fokker Eindeker

My latest build a Fokker E3 at 16" span. If the weather let's me I am going to trim it today.

Fokker

Wow! Another beautiful job!

While the kits are great and very well priced, would you consider bottling and selling (in small quanties) the magic elixer that gives you the talent to produce such incredible models so quickly! I for one would be interested in a case!

If you can figure out how to bottle time we will both be rich.
Thanks for the props. It's on the website now with more pictures and 3 color schemes.

You could start here: http://wp.scn.ru/en/ww1/f/418/59

The main links are to the left, once you click on that it will reload and the country links are in the middle setgion. Click a country and the individual colour pallets are shown as links on the right side.

Cheers,
Rob

thanks Rob- I went back and forth over those prior to posting- good reffernce site. I didn't see any info on this scheme. Google image search and a cursory google book search didn't do it either- stumped.

Sorry somehow I missed your post, I was given a card model of the Eindekker with this color scheme and liked it. On the card model it had this info only: Lt Rauchke
German Naval Air Service, Spring 1916, hope this helps and if you find any info please share as I would like to know more.

According to one of the forums I checked out, there were not many E-IIIs left flying in 1916, the early ones were plain canvas varnished which gave the fawn colouring and from that apparently there just aren't that many colourful schemes for this aircraft.

Cheers,
Rob

for whomever may be building the E.III.

From research, I made a pdf file for printing tissue to better correspond to the Lt. Raushke scheme. (Larger cross, letter designation.)

Outline is intentionally oversize, but it still may need to be scaled slightly.
