help with jeti brushless motor control

ok, why is an 18 amp motor control more then a 30 amp motor control?
they both ave the same fetures whats the difference???

JES 18-3P: 1.3"x0.9"x0.35", 0.42 oz., to 18 Amps max. current, 6 to 10 cells, with BEC for up to 4 servos.

Up to 30 Amps:

Where did you get those prices? Are they from the same reseller? Short of different pricing scheme from different places, this can happen within the same seller? For example, the seller is pricing based on supply, demand and availabiltiy. The sellers may even get a bigger discount on certain models since they sell more of that. I can go on forever but pricing items in a business can be a complicated topic.

the brices are both from hobby lobby this is the link http://www.hobby-lobby.com/jetibrushless.htm

im thinking of giting MPJet AC 25/25-26 Brushless and it says to use the Jeti 18-3p controller but i mise well get the Jeti JES 30-3P, more amps and its $6 cheaper

will this damage my mpjet???

It won't hurt your motor. The controller just weighs more. I would check out Castle Creations controllers. They are cheaper, lighter, and have programmable timing for different brands of motors. You can find them at Radical RC, Mega Motors USA, Dynamo Electrics and NESail just to name a few.

its only .3oz. more so i think i will go with the JES 30-3P thank for your help
