Best FPV set up?
You guys, I'm brand new to FPV so I'm wondering if this camera will work well:
http://www.123securityproducts.com/kpcvsn500nhb.html I am pretty sure it is the same as this sony SN555:L http://hobbywireless.com/cart/index....93a92f64ed51e2 I am using my DX6i with AR7000. I know I won't be able to get 5km like some of you guys but if I enjoy it enough and want to go farther then I might buy a different radio system later on. I am not going to get goggles for now just because they don't fit my budget as of now. I will either be hooking it up to a little 15 inch television or my dad's labtop. I am going with this for the RX/TX for the camera: Tell me what you think of this set up, but please don't reccomend me to get some $1,000 set up because I can't afford that as of now. And could someone post a link of the camera mount that fits perfectly into the easy star? because I am going to be using an easy star and recently saw a wooden mount that would work perfectly and was able to swivel with the use of two servos. Thanks a bunch, -Tyler EDIT: Trappy found it for me, heres the pod for my easystar: http://www.rangevideo.com/index.php?...roducts_id=106 |

So is this jsut saying one is measured using metric and the other using American standard? (or whatever inches, foot, mile, etc. are called) Kmart, they have lots of great info. I can already see that. Haha, I got a taste of FPV today when I put my phone on the bottom of my plane and saw the video... what'll be 1,000,000,000 times better will be having amazing quality AND a live video feed. I smile everytime I think of it and can't wait!!!!! I am researching that VSN700 right now. -Tyler |

Ok, I will be going with the Sony SN555 and just pay the little extra cash just because it seems like it's from a more known company and more people have that over the other one. As for my TX/RX for the live feed, is that a good system?
