Okay, I bought a new bird (Stinson) this morning from a member here at RCG. But now I need a motor & ESC. I shot off a combo e-mail to my two favorite vendors with the bird specs for the motor/esc. Needless to say, they both responded today, albeit I do have a bit of history with both for purchases. Not a GREAT lot but some. More importantly, they responded in a very timely fashion, as in TODAY. I also recently bought a couple of kits from some vendors here @ RCG. Neither of which I had ANY HISTORY with. None-the-less, both vendors answered ALL my questions in the same day I sent my requests for information.
We all seem to deal with multiple vendors during our excursions in search of the best prices and information. In spite of this, we tend to wind up hitting a brick wall with some vendors for whatever reasons.
The point being, I'm extremely happy there are some vendors out there willing to provide...hold your breath here..."Customer Support".
To that end, in no particular order, I'd like to honor the following, albeit not fully inclusive of all those vendors I've had the pleasure of dealing with;
Each of these vendors has been, IMHO, responsive in a very timely way for which I thank each and everyone of them. I'm not insinuating these vendors are perfect, I'm just stating I've had very good dealings with each of those listed and I hope they continue to provide customer support for everyone as well as they have to me.

Im so glad someone else feels the same...I posted a blip about Nitrorcx on my blog...still waiting on the charger they supposedly sent. Add them to your "not to order from list"
