Just did some testing on the long can version of the inrunner and I was getting 850 watts and after 3 minutes still 750 watts on a 4S 4000 Flightmax lipo. I think that is what will go in this plane.

Send them an email them will give you a cost shipped to your door. They told me they will setup a Paypal account so you can buy airframes direct from them. I did nto get it direct, I had a contact in China send it to me.

Hey, Don. Any progress on this beastie? I've been toying with the idea of getting an EDF, and I like the looks of the F-35. This particular model looks very dark in color, though -- is it the same color all over? I have enough orientation trouble even with brightly colored models!

Dave

I just noted the dimensions in one of the pictures you provided in an earlier post -- I didn't realize this was so big (36" ws x 43" L)! Might be more than I can chew!

I saw this one fly at the NEAT Fair back in Sept/2009... it seemed to fly really well and slow (which is a virtue sometimes, IMO) but I wasn't crazy about the finish. It looks sharp in a black paint scheme...but it was a flat/satin finish that looked rattle-can quality. No points for execution.

Don,
Did this one come with the totally non scale missles for the wing tips... in neon orange? I think the Easy Tiger one did.

The fan is a strange looking blue unit- is it a unique design or a variant on the common Edo type?
EDIT: I see "N-Sky" onthe housing... I assume that means that this is their own mold...

The fan unit seemed to be something they came up with. I was going to fly this on a BI-3600 but when issues started to arise with that motor setup I ended up selling the kit her eon RCG and guy dolled it up nice. So this is a dead project for me.
