I really wish I still lived in Phoenix. Where is this field located? I want to stop by next time I am out there.

The manual for this ARF is particularly good so if you are using one of the recommended set-ups and followed the instructions the CG will be right on the money for your maiden. I was amazed last summer how well it went together and how little trim was needed on the maiden. Have fun! Dana

Guys - The gasoline version 71" Slicks should be available to ship out on Monday or so. We're beyond busy getting ready for the TINY event but we'll try to find some time to have a functional product page up by then.

The orange 71" slick is sick!!! Ive always been a fan of the extras but for the price Im leaning more towards the 71" slick. Ive just never flown or seen one in person. Its hard to pull the trigger ha!

Hitec HS985MG's.....but almost want to try the Power HD 1501's:/
ICE 100
Castle BEC pro
Def. want to do a Xoar prop.what size would be decent at roughly 2700 feet in elevation? 20x10? 19x....

Any other good motor recomendations for this plane would be awesome!

20x10 on 6s. also look into the motrolfly 4325-380. ken at subsonic is a great guy, couldnt ask for a better dude to do business with. it would run on a 19x10 or so

That motor would run on a 19x10 on 6s as well? Ya I really want to try a motrofly motor.

Do you know which Turnigy props I'd be looking at? The light electric ones? There was a bunch of differnt wood props on their website.

Light electric. I use them and they work fine for the money. Lately switching over to Xoar but that is not because the Turnigy props are bad, just that Xoar are better.

Wahoo got a few flight on my 71 today. Wind was VERY VERY low this morning (about 2 to 3 mph) So got a flight in before work. It was sooooooooooo nice. Got home and the wind was only about 6 to 8mph so I put another flight in. Scared my self today too. Was doing low rolling harriers and came within a inch or so from hitting the ground on 2 of the rolls. I puckered really bad and got some altitude so the rest was about 5 or so feet off the ground. This plane flys so well that I feel pretty comfertable flyin it low (I just know its going to cost me Hopefully later than sooner )

I am falling hard for this plane very quickly
