Sounds like it's time someone traced out a motor box kit so folks can cut them as needed... Simple stuff like that should never be out of stock if you own a cheap cnc cutter.

Well I suppose I better open the 71" Electric Motor Box kit that's been sitting in my office for a few months to see if it's in fact "electric".

Losi, now that I have a DX8, what are your Throttle Curves for the 71 Slick and the 57 SC? Going to INH my old DX7 Throttle mixes.

thing is that when i hook my life, it does not work... works on lipo! i wanted to know how much woltage does servos get... guess the only way is to make jr-app adapter....

and looking trough sahara manual, looks like it does not take 3s lipos... input voltage seems to be 10v max.. ill shoot them email...

http://www.fromeco.org/Products/02FRCSAH-230/

now when im a bit smarter than when i bought it... it looks like not very good choice? 2x jr input, 2x jr output... means only 6a max current?? 10v max input voltage? so no 3s lipos... sigh... i should have gotten castle bec pro....

Got my Slick ready to fly tomorrow with the 7955's on 8.5v. I'm using an AR7000 rx that says its rated up to 9.6v so I assume I'll be ok?

Can't wait to try it out. I can already see a difference from the 985's on the bench!! These suckers chatter a lot too don't they?

Yes, you might want to cut the voltage back to 7.4 volts. I asked Tony at Hitec RCD about HS-7955TGs and while they were not originally rated for HV, they don't have a problem running on HV, with the exception of chatter around center. There is a way to get rid of the chatter though. If there is room ust put a small piece of the fuzzy part of Velcro between the counter balance and the stabilizers (both vertical and horizontal) and also between the end of the ailerons and the wing.
