OPUS ////////////// WING any type ??

Hi guys I am after an Opus wing with or without servo's.

Any style with tongue on L.E. not a skip 2 bolt one.

My fuse is fine, but snapped my wing due to Spektrum lockout

Please PM

Oh, but haven't you heard? Spektrum's the best thing since sliced bread, and totally reliable!

Guess I'll stick to 72MHz for awhile...

Funny, I have been flying a X9303 on 2.4 since it first came out in my Xplorer, Orca, Super AVA, Laser 2MC and Electron F5J plane and have yet to have a lock out on any of them. Of course I take time check and double check my installs and monitor my installs with a data logger. I have seen many more issues with 72MHZ on all carbon fuselages than with Spektrum. Of coures those that had issues on 72MHZ failed to properly install things there as well. Carbon fuses are the issue, not the radios. If you install properly you do not have issues, if not well then you take your chances. Don't blame the radio. Your mileage may vary. Sorry to hear about your Opus, they are incredible planes.

See Ya,

Pat

With Spektrum it was my fault yes, it was due to voltage drop and I use 5 cell pack. but went below 3.5v 3 seconds is a long time !!!!
and maybe a small amount of carbon interference.

I have found a wing
