We are talking about what happened to Edi and the jabber in SM. Every problem, every discussion, or every new idea anywhere is welcome to make all better. The words of e_lm_70 can be misinterpret, even more from an austrian guy in an austrian driver thread, with the next event in Austria.
Edi is a nice guy, a brilliant designer, a fair competitor, and a serious world racer, i just wanted to remember that here, in his thread about his bike.
A public forum is not only for commercial intentions It would become boring.

So lets get back to what this is all about fun hobby and a big waste of time.
The technical part of the race week in Riccione.
Bikes and Setup:
The bike I used was the same bike I used last year. Just the front and rear
wheelbase was slightly altered to shift the CG a bit forward. Most of the other Jabbers
felt safer with the original geometry I designed back in the winter of 2010.
All drivers felt comfortable with the same setup. I would even say that they all used 95%
identical setup only slight details from one to the other. All drivers reported same effects
to changes in setup. This shows the all bikes gave the same feedback. So there was no
guessing around and all drivers could take over solutions that work. Of course there are
individual preferences from one driver to the other. But also here it was easy to set the
bike up for their special needs.
I loooove statistics and numbers:
Ten Jabbers were at the meeting: 2 Stock-, 8 Superbikes.
Nine of ten reached their half finals and 5 their finals.
We had the best Rookies in both classes: 5th in Stock and 7th in Superbike.
Under the Top 14 fastest Superbike Laps we managed to place 7 Bikes all under 23sec.
Each bike had between 30 and 34 runs.
Each run goes approx. 10 minutes + 2-3minute preperation time.
This makes up to about 3500minutes.
Thats approx. 8000 Laps or roughly 1850km alltogether.
Only two had to stop a run: one bike cooked its ESC (Jörg) and
I stopped once because I was not performing well.
I summed up all spares needed by all drivers. In average each driver needed
spares worth 18,52EUR for a complete week
Moral: only believe the statistics you fake yourself

These are also the only ones to go under 23,0 sec.

Apart from my queer grin there are other awkward things to be (partly) seen
in this picture. Its a good example for how serious we Austrians take racing.
In the background Vojin "Panti" Pantovic hung a pink panther, it has a knot in
its.....tail. My driver drives barefoot and has his zip open....

Apart from some problems with my electronics on Friday and Saturday (which have nothing to do with the Jabber), my Bike was perfect.
It was just me that could not do these insane speeds
Maybe some more training could help
So big thanks to Edi, for creating this bike, bringing all the spares, and testing all the setups

yes i can confirm all this. a very important fact edi mentioned is that setups were exchangable and in the end beside some personal taste details the jabbers basicly used the same setup.
all this happened without military drill but just by speaking and listening to each other. the jabber team was a team without anyone beeing forced to join it if you know what i mean.
personally i am just a bit proud of beeing in the top 4 after qualification as the only driver who never before had driven this track.
this shows that edis`preperation ahead was really good and my jabber was able to adopt his setup even though my style of driving and wishes to a bike are totally different to his.

About 5 minutes ago.....
.... my CAD told me I have been sitting in front of the JABBER 2013 for 100 hours ....
I have drawn and thrown away approx. 10 different designs (each about 10-20 parts)..
....at the moment I am left with 6 semistable Solids (3D Drawings of parts) ....
....inbetween the usual Lipo, Lehner Motor, Servos, ESC, Fork and bits and pices...
....alltogether helplessly clinging to a Front and Rear ROADIES....
That file is trying to make it
....look like a 1:5th Scale Superbike....
but in reality it is...
....conspirativly fighting against my CG, weight and dimensional boundaries....
....lurking for me to do a wrong move ....
....just a tiny step(click) from from catastrophy ...
....thiefishly show me the "unhandled exception"....
....and there is no marshal on this planet that could help me out of it...
dare tell me driving a bike in a Worlds Final is nervewrecking ....
....at least I can have a beer in the process.....
....and safely curl up in bed when the sh*t hits the fan .....

Edi, you already done a good job.......the next step is not to make a new bike...........is to let more peoples to own your bike.......to let more people to know and agree with you....... 2010 model already a dream bike for everyone to own..........let it to reimbursh your hard work.................. the world is just not inside your CAD machine..........................................; )

I am in the process of selling the whole project... and I have the feeling the owner then will want to earn money with it.... so it might be affordable then.
