What size sheet of lexan do you need to make that body work?

What about PETG plastic:

There are also a few vinyl sheets that you might be able use.

the part where it says "Not UV stabilized" would worry me unless you plan on running indoors only.

Nice vid! Very cool to see the servo movement and what the bike does. You see the servo move quit a lot, but the triples hardly move. Love these types of videos

I don't know what is more impressive to watch,
The triple clamps
The steering damper
The servo.... or
The background
The bike looks so smooth and doesn't seem to get upset by anything and it is amazing how well it responds with so little input from the servo.
I'm impressed.......
