Got the opportunity to talk to Mike Donovan the other day about my A60-18L and not only was he very knowledgeable but he was also just nice to talk to. This is not always the case when you talk to some of the "customer service types" at other companies! Mike is most deserved of his manager position at Hacker!

I second that the team has been outstanding thats why I now have 5 Hacker setups and will be adding a 6th... Great Job Mike...
