Now for some rather cheap frames made in Germany:
http://www.1hoch4.net/shop/index.php?cPath=24

Basic frame about 63$, "pro" frame with landing gears 85$.

I ordered a pro set and will post my experiences.

P.S.: They also offer a complete quadrocopter set and a "SkyQuad"-controller I never heard of.

Thanks Norbert. The Skyquad is in the Mega List addendum as linked in post #1.
Cheers,

Hmmm.. just bumped up against the RCG per post character limit:
"The following errors occurred with your submission:
The text that you have entered is too long (60084 characters). Please shorten it to 60000 characters long."
I guess I'm either gonna have to ask for more space for the post, or rebuild it and start another MEGA Index thread and use the first few posts as a placeholder for growth,
or embed a document, or link it to another web server page...thoughts?
Cheers,
Jim

I kinda see this list growing to a very large and complicated production. Maybe breaking it up in to sub-group may help. The only way I see this happening with the present RCG software is to start another thread and use the first five or six post for each sub group.

RR,
Sub group an Index?? I don't understand After all...there is a reason for using the word the "MEGA" in the title...
Cheers,
Jim

Well, break the list up into groups for example: Control System, Building Material, Sample builds. ETC.

It would still be a mega list.

P.S. you pretty much have it like that now, just everything is in one post, just break it up into the first 5 post.

But you can't insert posts - only add them to the end of the thread, can you?

I think it's best to ask the forum admins to provide more space for your first post. But maybe they can only higher the limits in general - not only for a single post/thread?

Norbert,
I've asked the question to the mods, so hopefully will find out and go from there. Another options is that I can also delete posts to get to #2 and go from there without rebuilding/restarting the thread/sticky. The issue with that is that I can edit, but I am not allowed to delete my own posts.. Looking at it I would only have to delete Josh's #2 post to become the #2 poster, so that would be an easy way to get more space.
Cheers,
Jim

Jim, is there a way for the Admin to change the ownership of post #2? I am sure Joshb would not mind considering the situation.

I just continued the MEGA Index into my #3 post as an interim solution...
So now have 599777 more characters for the Index, so to speak...
Cheers,
Jim

Hi Rentoa,
Thanks. Nice to have an inexpensive Rx that is PPM composite signal capable! Do you know when and where they will be sold? Can the ones at Hobby City be firmware upgraded to do the PPM out?
Cheers,
Jim
