Woohoo! 1st full immersion FPV flight.

Well it's not a super exciting video but the adrenalin was pumping. Haven't had a rush like since I don't know when.

I flew the entire flight with my goggles on. Had some weird video reception issue, I think I set up too close to the treeline. Next time should be better.

Can't wait to get back out to the coast.

Congrats! Very nice. So was it harder than you thought it would be? Looking forward to purchasing some equipment in the next couple of weeks for my EZ*.

initially you were close to wide open throttle, low and fast...looked very twitchy and I could tell you were nervous. Then you dialed the throttle back, soared for a few and set it at around 1/2 throttle. You looked much more relaxed after it slowed down a bit.
Good job, I cant wait for mine to arrive now!

Yeah, between it being my 1st flight, a little light leakage into the goggles (glare), and some video interference in part of the field the first minute or so was quite exciting! Once I learned to avoid the interference prone area things got much easier

Very strange hearing people and dogs coming around while you are immersed

Oh, and I never even approached full throttle, that thing hauls at 1/2 throttle and cruises at 1/4.
