Great graphics! Do you print on paper and than adhere to the foam?

Jep, the glueing was done with cheap Hobbyglue cos the sprayglue ate my foam.
Next time i need to find some 3M-77, does probably a better job and gives a neater finish.
The paper printed on was quite thick and heavy :-(

Thanks! I jumped on that and saved it right away!

I haven't gotten my SkyCart under control yet, and I think I have to redo it to get the weight out, and the new style front axle to get the angle of attack right. So If I do, it will be with your fantastic graphics!

Thanks for sharing.

SoNick,

Thanks for posting the great artwork.

I added a link to your artwork in the first post of this thread.

my Snoopy-Skycart is difficult to control especially landing, so I removed the wheels, and try to learn more about how to fly and get a smooth landing, and after some more succesful landings, I will put the wheels back to the skycart. But at all, its just a funny thing!

The rear wheels have the biggest effect on control. Being mounted on the elevons, they take some getting used to. As you can see in some of the videos, once you get the feel for the control this design it can do some great aerobatics.

Terranozavr,

You are a hearty pilot, hats off to you, AND your photographer, because that looks like some adverse weather conditions.

If you use expo on aileron and elevator, what percentage gives you the best survival rate on ROG? I've seen some bad wing rock on take offs.

I'm at the point in my fff construction of the Skycart where I am making a decision which radio to use, computer mix or vtail mix plug-in board on a standard radio. My standard radio has no mix, so I opted to use the mixer board if I must. I might use the Hummer fuselage for a lower profile and less drag. Also, I am going with the drop front axle. Any construction hints for using fff? I used Fabric-Tac glue which works very well for this foam.

Here is a handy chart that may keep you from frying motors...
http://members.jcom.home.ne.jp/42232...aticthrust.htm

I put "90" in "Efficiency" and the RPM in "U/Min" but first you must calculate RPM by motor KV times cell Volts.

Thnx, handy tool, starts with 4S, think i will set cell voltage at 2,775V x 4 = 11.1V (3S)
It probably had to do with motor timing, only my motor or ESC can't be timed. Next time i buy programmable ESC's so i can change the timing and won't burn out.
