More testing, with a roll gyro installed it became controllable in the roll axis. I plan to work on the motor drive mech now to transition into fwd flight.

That looked good from here. Do you have any other control besides throttle right now?

Just a cheep pg-03 cyclone gyro that was not suitable for tri-copter work.

The only flight control surfaces hooked up are elevators, they might be able to do elevon as well but I need to look into that still.

That looked very stable, it looks like it could have transitioned to normal flight very easily. Way cool; nice work.

Thanks, hooking up the "WAM"s now but ran into a problem getting the 90 degs of rotation required out of the drive shaft. Might have to re-do it.

Just off the shelf HC towerPro stuff. Nothing fancy or expensive.

Banged it up pretty bad working on transitions and it really needs a new airframe now. Spent a lot of time on it and sort of burned out for a while, but it is still set-up so I will get back to it soon.

You know, this might work if you were to add vectoring and increased the spacing between each motors.
