Is there a US company that carries this so I don't have to pay $50 in shipping?

I have not found anybody else in the U.S. with this product yet. I know the shipping is kindoff high but wanted to be one of the first with this product. The shipping to my house was $30.00. I am really amazed with the scale appearance of this jet and the gear seems to work great. I will keep ears open for ya if you would like to wait though.

Just to chime in here. Banana Hobby will be carrying a 360 degree TV F-35 shortly. They are not on the market as of yet. I am working with the manufacturer on the RnD for the TV. I have flown the F-16 with TV this past weekend and it performs some of the most outrageous maneuvers. I will be working on further revisions to optimize the TV performance. Please check back for any updates. Thanks everyone!

Pete

Sounds cool Pete. As you always have a sharp model. I have many aircraft from bananahobby and so far they work real well. Cant wait to see the vids of the F-14 and the B-2. I am really impressed with the scale appearance.

Thank you so much! Finally pictures worth many many words.
Have you flown it yet? I think this model has a lot of potential for its all around design, though HL implied it needed some rework...

What do you think overall? would you say its definitely worth waiting for the 360* version????

HL is getting the big North American order some sources say. When is the unknown. Per Extreme HL complained to Freewing that we are buying from the Eastern markets so its possible that this may change how or when we get what we are looking for in North America.

No have not flew it yet, still struggling with getting the TV right using the AR6100 receiver. I was told that it would work but still no luck. Everything else is up and running but my mixing is wrong somewhere with transmitter. Overall beautifull jet and the retract gear is very , very solid with suspension for nose wheel. The wait would prob....be worth the new 360 TV, but thats the question is the WAIT. LOL.

OMG, I never noticed it. Surely they missed it too. Now I want to peel that sticker off and replace it. The whole model looks great minus that now, lol. I gotcha Maxthrottle.

I noticed on the www.PW-RC.com site a new set of landing gear with a single nose wheel. Is that for the F35?

Yes it is for the F-35, not to bad. I have been looking for replacement parts just in case. No problems so far.
