The website currently says September. Not sure if HH will hit this target date but it doesn't completely matter to me as I have plenty of HH toys to keep me busy (mCX, Vapor, SU-26m, T-28, HSC & miniSC, Blade 400) until the end of the outdoor flying season.
![]() I was getting ready to buy a better 1S charger but I may hold off until the mSR is released since it comes with a 4 battery Celectra charger as well as wall wart. This is worth more than the $40 upcharge compared to other BNF models to me. |

Well, if the Sukhois are a indication, the September release date will be November. That works for me, winter starts around here in November/December so I can start flying the indoor helis. The heli will be as cool as any Efite air machine, and that charger will make charging Sokhois, MSR. MCX, Vapor, and Ember batteries almost a joy. Then I can remove four of my 10 chargers….

And, they took care of me on a bad mCX 5 in 1, my very first heli last Christmas. Customer service and their machines fly good...

Have to agree. I have a brushed Walkera 4#3b that I love/hate to fly. I love to fly it because it's small and I can work on orientation in my kitchen or living room. It can take a beating like no other FP heli I've owned. I hate to fly it because I haven't gotten past 10 3-minute flights on any Walkera motor and I've tried every motor saving suggestion made in the 4#3b threads and even stick to a 3-minute flight / 20 minute cool down rule.

![]() Besides, I'd rather support a company that supports their product, and HH has hooked me up when I've had problems in the past. Can't say that Walkera has ever been there for me. |

i see your point...
..i enjoy the building, learning, and fine tuning as much as the flying. having said that, now my 4#3 and 4g3 are mechanically sorted, my flying has improved rapidly. ..and yes i have plenty of room on my dx6i for an msr am very tempted to preorder! a |

Other than motor issues, my 4#3b has been quite solid. It's just I hate to fly it because I know I'll cook another motor. $4.50 isn't so bad the first time, or the second time, but when it becomes a $4.50 surcharge every time I fly, it gets old real quick. The idea of spending $60 or whatever to convert to brushless doesn't thrill me either, so it's been basically mothballed while I thought about what to do. Now that the mSR has been announced, my mind is made up. I'll get the mSR. I've yet to kill my mCX motors and they've been used much more often than my 4#3b has so I'm not as concerned about the mSR being brushed as some people are. Also, I'm learning just how much of a difference a quality Tx makes. I flew my mCX on its supplied Tx, then bound and flew with my DX6i and the feel of control was like night and day. I had a much finer level of control with the DX6i. |

![]() [edit] Just put my pre-order in with the local shop. This year I've picked up the mini-SC, Vapor, SU-26m and soon the mSR. Also ordered a DX5e w/o Rx so my 4 year old can start buddy-boxing on my Vapor and mCX. With all the Parkzone, Hobbyzone and E-Flite stuff I own, can I get a HH T-shirt? If I'm going to be a walking HH advertisement I might as well get some threads too LOL. ![]() Also, if I buddy box a DX5e to my DX6i with the 6i as the master, will all the expo and dual rate settings in the 6i be used or am I limited to whatever I can set on the DX5e?
