No. It's ordinary connector.

There is also available with longer cable for carbon fiber planes when you can put antenna out of the plane.

I heard about that before, someone said there is a kit with longer antenna wires to replace the original antennae. I ask that on the Futaba 2.4GHZ forum and there is no such kit.

Call hobby services, the part number is HSP79766 ANT 400MM, all it takes is about 5 minutes to replace them. I've seen people using this antennas for over a year now, on gliders, boats and jets.

Receivers

Sure would be nice if Futaba would come out with a 2.4 Full Range 4 channel receiver for around $50.00 with standard connectors. I would buy 5 or 6 of them!!!

Why is it called FG? Futaba wants to resurrect the old gold box I still have around the house? Do they want to make it Futaba Golden series?

Wow...looks like Futaba is finally getting serious. Nice to see a 'clean sheet' design for a change.

No advanced sailplane functions and no sliders on the upper sides makes this a no-go for me unfortunately.

Yes, that's the only place. Or maybe your LHS can get them for you.

I like it! the 'G" is for Gigahertz I think. More info (in German) here:
http://www.hobbydirekt.de/Robbe/Fern...5::156784.html

Receivers still too expensive though....TX too, almost as expensive as the T10 in EU. Does have the programming like T12/T14...
