Lawyers and insurance companies tend to take the fun out of things, and it is all under the gist that they are protecting us. I dont even own a gun and some of the gun regs have me wondering some days.

I disagree, that is pretty thrilling. I have never EVER seen a roll that slow. I love how slow that thing fly's. I have seen them before, I don't remember the name but it is the slowest flying plane I've seen. Has the air brakes on the ailrons. Cool. You even have live music to fly with. You've got it going on with the SCRC Club!!!

It's cool to see a bunch of guy's, young and old, just having fun.

With my poor eye site that is really my style of flying, for now anyways. I need one of those!

These were both good. I really liked the last part with the atlas rocket - that would have been amazing to had been there.

That is a pretty slow plane. Looks like milled depron. What we need is a slow milled EA out of blue foam. All we need is a cnc machine or a very steady hand.

I am expecting to see some plans soon.....

I don't think you can do it with blue foam. Much to heavy! I think this plane may be EPP. It would have to be VERY light and then add the air brakes etc.
However, it could be done with an EA plan.

Build it and I'll cheer you along.

He also has an accordian and can play like you would not believe. He has no internet access, he loves to build an fly planes...

That plane is the Fancy Foam Osiris and it is milled 3mm depron, I have one on my build table right now. Not only is the foam light, the hardware is very light. Dymond 4.7 gram servos, a Futaba s3114, 6 amp esc, 2S180 hyperion lipo. It is fluffy.

Is it plans or a kit? Do you have a link or thread?

Exactly, that's great for that one model but imagine having a full forum with many differant models. Like the foamies scratchbuilt forum. I think we would see the same creativeness as we have seen in the foamies. Many of the foamies could be built in balsa. Like the EA was built in balsa.

I love getting on this forum and seeing the ideas and the models people world wide have built. Having a sister forum in balsa would only add to the experience.

As promised some early pics of the new work area. Formica (or formica like) top - first time I ever did that - not too bad.

Peg board not being used figured I will get a 4x8 sheet so it covers better.

Initial hanging of the planes. I have since changed this a little - they were getting in the way.
