I didn't get RC stuff either but I did get money to buy some with. Good Christmas, I'm thankful for my wife and family, I'm very blessed.

How did your Yak 55 fly? I've cut out my first EPP plane but haven't put it together yet. I have a lot of planes cut out and waiting to be assembled.

Oh he has sipped from the fountain of Kool Aid.

Remember the secret to EPP is build light, light leccy parts, go easy on the glue, make sure it is a flexable glue. Front Lawn flying is closer than you think.

I am finishing up the WMParkFlyer MX2 and I have to say, this fella has it going on. The laser cut EPP is very sweet and perfect.

Once you master the Rudder... You will be flying in your 2 car garage. <assuming you have one>

Some planes dont care, but some require a little opposite Aileron to keep flat. How I learned was <with my i3D> was to get it 12 feet off the ground and rudder turn to get it going in a tight circle, increase throttle and add the counter aileron and spin.

You right, I have to add a little opp. aileron to keep it flat in a turn. Funny how slow it will fly.

Yes... ETOC is very cool and there are at least 4 countrys that have people competing. I am always root'n for RJ. I was in the house for the 2011 to see it in person, great flying

Here is one, the boys father altered his VPP Prop, added LED lights to the tips and the spinner was the Lipo.... That had to take some balancing.

Just when I think there is nothing new in RC flying this comes along. Awesome! How they put LED's on the prop tips and the lipo in the spinner and then balanced it is double awesome and super cool. 4D freaks me out!

I have other distractions that prevent me from even doing VPP....skills may be one of them.

We are in Basement Bathroom Build Mode.... Sizing up the spot for the Garden tube, got the Tube Faucet / shower things ordered today.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004I1S70M

Seems you need to get the big tube in place, built, plumbed, tested before you can do anything else in the bathroom.

Just did my first rescue. Put my Yak in the top of one of my oak trees. After losing a fishing plug or two and about to give up,I luck up with the second one. I cast it up, it arch above the tree and drop back down through the limbs of the tree. The plug actually fell on the plane and hook it. I shook it a time or two and it pull the plane loose. Then I lower it through the limbs of the tree (praying heavily) to the roof of my shop. Climb on the roof and retrieve my plane. I need to go to the ball field for now on. Wife was trying not to laugh , but some time you can't help it.
