Thanks Bob, I don't know about being daMan.

Hey Gary,
Good to hear from you and thanks for the translator. It'll be kinda fun to read that. If they kit it I might buy one, if they don't ask to much.

They built the fuselage out of Coroplast and didn't gain much weight. I never thought of that, good idea.

It appears that they changed the stabilizer to look like the bug and enclosed the fuselage on the one at the bottom of the page. Pretty nice. Maybe less costly to buy the materials. It looks good also.

From some of the language it does sound like they may market it. Funny. I hope they do.

Been trying to pick your brain on the AeroBile build and am not sure about a few details. Here is what i have so far.

Not sure if you settled on up thrust and if so how much and results.
Where did you put the Batt. etc. ?
If you used up thrust how did you get it?
Change motor mt. or what?
I am making the 33inch wing and will be flying in a small area, my yard surrounded by trees. Tall ones.
Thanks in avance for any info to help with the build.

Hey OD,
Looking good! I like the colors. I never did get around to installing the wheels with the Steerable nose gear so I could drive the car on the ground. That would have been kool. Also I think mine was a little nose heavy in the air. The motor will not need all the angle with the CG more forward. The short nose will help with that problem and looks better. I can't wait to see it finished and flying.

Thanks for posting the picture and keep'em coming.

Hey Bluefish,
I would love to see a video of the Chubby Jumbo flying. I'll bet she can fly really slow with all that wing area.

OD,
I didn't see this post. When I saw the picture I didn't look up.
This model was between post #1192 to 1414 and I may need to review myself but I'll try to answer your questions. The battery was under the CG inside the car. You will see the motor mount I used, however, as I said above, if you move the CG forward you may need very little up thrust. If I can help anymore please ask. Thanks for build the Areobile!

Thanks Blue,
I may get to work on this tonight, for sure over the weekend. I'll send you the PDF when I get done, for your approval, before we do any plans.
