Yeah, I knew you had said you ordered a new plane. That Extra is a 3D machine.

The repair looks really great. I like the color scheme with the star on the side but some of it may have been lost in the rebuild. Great job! Those light weight ARF's are not built to take a hit. But they are built to fly super gooood.

The star and the Front lower graphix are going back on, just got to get to the bigger items sorted out first. The 3DHS stuff is build strong and light, this was a big hit, I am impressed how it held up and how well they can be put back. They also sell parts but I didnt need it for this one.

Ron - From what I hear, you should be able to drive to their warehouse pretty soon.

So what are you putting into the Slick and is it a 51?

Bob

DX7 users - what battery packs are you using. I need to get a replacement. Have read a ton of posts...eneloop packs, lifeP04 packs, other nimh.

the lifeP04 I hear are lighter - wonder how that will mess up the messed up DX7 balance.....

Just curious - thanks

That is just like the one in my Futaba. I use it on Storage Charge as to not over volt the TX so its not forever, but man it beats those original packs.

The engines are model airplane engines. That is a gr8 use for them but I would not be brave (or dumb) enough to try that.

Wow, that Jetman has nerves of steel!!
So Dalton I used your EA pattern and made it chubby, I haven't flow it yet but I thought I would post photos just in case of crash.
My flying skills are so so but it's my landings not too good, getting better though thanks to Dalton and bluecore foam.
Again sorry for poor photos.
