Question
SF Airways Boeing 777

The 66mm ducted fan units / engines have caused me alot of problems with vibrations at higher rpm, I have replaced the fan units and tried different brushless 400 motors. My thought is to find a better fan units and possible a pair of brushless 480 motors, looking for help from someone that may have already done this. I'm happy to fly as a passenger aircraft would however it flies at nearly full throttle on the 400 power.

Thanks in advance

Have you considered moving up to a 68 mm fan such as the Wemotech MF480 or the WM400? Both are good quality, smooth running.

I am looking at the possibility of replacing my fans with the 70mm ones from Windrider HK. I know that it will take alot of retooling and modification to get them to fit, but I always felt the naucles for the engines on the airliner were a little undersized anyways.

I think that there is still alot that can be done with the airliner to make it look more and more scale like, including adding raked wing tips, lights, retracts with working doors.

If anyone has any sugestions, ideas, please feel free to comment.
