So this is in the public area, 325fpg and I had a great time and the hospitality was excellent. Thanks Pat, and we will put on calendar for next year. Hopefully the wind gods will be nicer (or at least E-W wind!). Thanks to everyone who bought stuff-at least I can replace my stuff with MORE STUFF!

Jay, thanks for posting that picture. Nice camera.

Jsmith I would go straight for a 70" Slick if you could get one. After having my 51" Slick I 'm sure the 70" will be real nice. i plan on doing a 89" this winter on 12s, I'll bring that next year. I enjoyed watching your boy fly my planes. I have only been flying 9 months and cannot roll yet. Watching Joe roll my planes pry brought just as much smile to my face. Tell him I said thanks.

Hope you can make it next year

A guy at our club is building a 89" and making it electric also, so maybe
there will 2 electric 89'ers next year. My Son really wants a gas one. Maybe he will change his mind when he sees a eletric hover He flew at the AMA site in Muncie yesterday, we went down for the IRCHA event. It was huge.
Had a great time. Lots of vendors.

I've just bought the 89" Slick and will be converting it to electric also. Right now it has a DA50 on it so it will take quite a bit of time this winter to do the conversion, but it should end up pretty light.

The 70" Slick has gotten really good reviews, but if you're interested in one you had better get on the pre-order list soon. As of yesterday afternoon 3DHS only had 2 red and 3 blue ones left.
