to bad, I would have hoped align had gotten rid of the step down gear and gone with a direct tail belt drive system. I really dislike the step down. Seems to me they more phoned this one in. Take the old frame design and throw some upgrades from the pro on. Nothing you can't do on the V2 right now. I've already got the V3 linkages, washout, and tail grips on my heli. Nothing compelling me towards this. Only thing I'm really missing is the "pro" center hub and longer spindle.

I have flown both the v3 linkages and the pro linkages on one of my helis. The mixing ratios are different.

As always an incredibly impressive video.

I knew there was a V3 coming out! wonder what pricing is going to be?

There will be two versions available! Kit with motor and esc, and add rx version! As for pricing, I don't know yet! But when I find out I will post!

Whats up with the silver main blade grips on the V3? did they get rid of the slop?

Align needs a Rep on Rcgroups in the know BAD!

Most of my LHS's stopped carrying align because of the new and upgraded stuff coming out all the time, they end up with old unsellable stock. 2 of mt local LHS' have ONE peg of align parts on the wall next to hundreds of pegs of Eflite stuff.

If they are the same, are they whats on the sport and V3 model? I already have the pro tail grips, but using the older new blades

The silver grips are just prototype ones! Not anodized yet! The tail blades in the link are the tail blades on the pro and the new v3 sport!

I don't think I can consider what I saw in that video operating an RC helicopter. I used to aspire to fly 3D, after seeing that I think I should collect stamps...
