I feel like I am spamming, but I need to ask one last time before I confirm my order so I know what I am ordering is correct. This fiberglass, is it the correct weight per unit of area? http://hobbyking.com/hobbycity/store...dProduct=10903 Thanks once this is confirmed I'll make the order, repair, and be able to fly again!

My air speed sensor said 140mph! It sure looked faster than 107! It was a bit cooler than 5 degrees C, it was about 2. They are new Hyperion VX 35C packs, 3s and 4s 2200mah. I dont know if it works like this but if it was 43,000rpm then my 7s battery dropped to 16V??!!
I must admit my airframe is getting a bit tatty now and the duct even more so, what would be a good standard airframe to get for speed? MIG-15? F-16? |

the hyperion packs are good, but HET motors are known for not being the most efficient still, 43,000 isn't that high, my ARC motors spin 49,000 on 1400 watts (yours should be around there)If your airframe is draggy that can really kill your speed. a HP phase 3 F-16 is a good airframe for speed, but requires some mods to make it go real fast. A replacement sqaull might be a better option. I'm hyped about my sniper right now (did 157 on 1400watts with the help of some tailwind), so that might be an Airframe to consider... |
