How do I cancel an order?
I have an order that's been processing for 3 days. Everything is in stock and its been paid. During that time I have seen something else I want, and just want to cancel this order, and get my refund.
How do I do this?

Never mind figured it out.
Called the 1.800 number in the upper right side of the screen. Called and the lady refunded my money, and 5 minutes later I placed a different order. Had some trouble figuring out how to put in my refund code, but you put the refund code on the same page that you select your shipping method.
Hope this helps someone.
By the way its really amazing how you can do business with someone from across the world.

They have been doing a good job for me for three years now.
Then again I usually place small orders on in-stock parts that are plentiful.
And don't mind waiting several weeks to receive it, as I do get the cheapest shipping that is available.
No, I don't work for them. *L*

I try to order a lot of small items and then have it shipped EMS. Even at $2.50 per item shipping it is still cheaper and faster than ordering in the US, which is truly amazing.
