Yup that's exactly what I was planning to do... but if somebody had already done this specific setup and had a definitive answer it might be a time saver.
I did search the thread for info about the A50-12L a couple times in the past, but I don't remember anybody saying if they moved the servo.
**edit** decided not to be lazy and searched again. Sounds like pull pull is just fine!

I have over 120 flights on the Hacker A50-12L mounted on the 68" Velox.
Placed receiver battery on self in the turtle deck behind the canopy with 6S 4000 -5000 25C packs just in front of the wing tube. Pull-pull for rudder. Using 18X10 APC prop, enough for powering away from hovers. Motor is cool to touch in Arizona after about 6-7 min flights.
