SAPAC 70mm Viperjet

Just got in today my Viperjet prototype.
Hope to have it in the air by next week.
This is going to be Sapac's next release.

Looks nice! I've always loved the viperjets.

A few questions if you don't mind:

1) Are there provisions for retracts?
2) What size fan?
3) What power system are you planning on running in it?

Don

The retract mounts are done at the factory.
Its for a 70mm fan. I plan on using the stock Sapac equip....

Skymaster Jets will also have a larger Viperjet coming real soon!!! I believe its in the 120mm range. Expect a great deal and many color schemes from them.

Looks fairly large. It looks like it could support a light weight 90mm system, 6s or 8s. What are the basic specs...span, length, area, aprox weight? Thanks, Lee

So Mike F, where's the video? any powertrain changes to the stock set-up like changed motor, balanced fan, inlet lip on the shroud, watts, rpm, amps etc etc. The problem with providing such good products is that we get spoiled and expect more. I was very impressed with the late draft of the new T-45 manual. If this is the new standard, anyone could build a SAPAC even if they can't fly it. J

How bout some real nice retracts and struts that are grass landing/take-off compatible???
That will be sweet!!! Something scale or semi scale like. Just look at the skymaster one for details. This is a very nice sport jet. The real one is awesome!!!

Wow!!! That is pretty quick!!! I wasnt even thinking this summer. Will it have all the goods on it like your V-2 T-45 and the L-39? Like ducting and retract mounts and flaps etc...?
