One of my 110's popped the other day too. No appearent reason? I plugged in the battery and POP! No heat, no arcing, no smoke. Just pop!

Here's a suggestion...go with the Nato Flying Training Center Hawk Colors....but then I'm biased being a Canuck. Leading edge models have just come out with details on this colo(u)r scheme.

Can't wait for you to get the ESC replaced and see some video of your Hawk...as you know I have this same motor/fan/fuel combo.

I am not a fan of black models, especially those with sheeted foam core wings. they dont look too good after extended periods in the sun...plus i am definitely too lazy to paint it

just picked up some more fuel from Jim yesterday.

I should be back in business soon...after the holiday weekend. I paid the upcharge for the HV140. A little more headroom will be nice...who knows what will be in this fan after the scorpion (not that i am planning anything yet).

that thing slowed up NICE for landing...it slows up better than i thought it would. i got a little impatient and tried to set it down in the video. usually i hold it off longer and it lands better....having said that it had a bit of a nasty snap during previous stall testing, so it cant go too slow.


how much, and where can i buy?....i dont beleive this version is made anymore, but there are some chinese knockoff arfs floating around on ebay... success stories vary.
