Video: Lightweight RiteWing TL 36, strong wind, Mermen "surf" music
Here is a HD video of one of Chris's 36" wings built for slope soaring... a scaled down TL50. I built it light at 13.7 ounces. The flying site is Mormon Lake Overlook, near Flagstaff, AZ. Wind was in the twenties.

I had her on a very "tight rein" to keep her close-in... and she was a lot to handle. If cut her loose she was a rocket. I am amazed what speed I could get out of such a light gilder. Super fun!
I hope we can do some flying together after your road trip.
