Wassup FOAM ADDICTS! I stumbled upon this great looking MICRO RAFALE from JIVARO MODELS(http://jroger.nuxit.net/berliweb/homepage/homepage.htm) click on plans it's the #15th plane on their awesome list. I just finish building it using 6mm foam on all parts. The plan suggested to use 3mm on some parts but since I am planning to go fast 6mm will be better. I also added a TURTLE DECK and the canopy is made out of laminated pieces of foam. Will post maiden video a.s.a.p.

2s 1050 rhino "you need 30cburst for this plane 20c gets too hot to touch.(you can use higher miliamp, I get 6min. with this pack.)
pusher prop 6x4
turnigy 20amp esc.
2 9gram servos ELEVON SET-UP.

This plane flies straight and can slow down to a crawl.

Great plane Mayday! Great flying too. I'm surprised at the performance for a 2 cell as well. Plenty of speed and power. Looking forward to another vid.

Thanks bro, I will try to shoot another flight vid. The 2 cell is more than enough and I also like to build light, it's not a rocket but it's pretty fast. I get around 6-8 min. flight time with this set-up. Will try slow low flights on the next vid. HAPPY FLYING.

thank you sir. This plane is super easy to build although it does'nt look profile it has very few parts count. I love the way it tracks and handles @ high speed and does not have any bad habits @ low speed!

That is just monster fun - and quick and easy to built. With a hextronic 3000kv motor, GWs 4540 prop and 2s 800mah its a rocket and still very slow to fly, more than 10 min of flying time. Motor and esc stay absolutely cool, at full throttle max A = 9.5 : but it flies great at 50% throttle.

Hi Guys it looks just cool to me and I saw a German site where there was a similar plane plan but I took this one to print. Here is the link for the pictures. I don't think a lot of you guys are able to read German but this site has some useful vids too.

I will probable use a 3000Kv motor as well. I use the motor for a F-22 now with a 3S 1000 mAh accu. Fast and fun but I believe this is just fun as well so ore fun and more planes.

nice color scheme HANS! I really like the way this bird fly inverted, it needs very little elevator input and it's super stable. I am building a "micro"micro version using 3mm depron. I will post it A.S.A.P. happy flying.

wassup LS. What are you working on?...

17" Wing span
22 1/2 lenght
HK micro motor (what we always use for these micro models)
2 5gram hxt servos.
610 mah 3s lipo (very fast) 610mah 2s (o.k. speed alot easier to handle)
5030 gws prop.
10 amp turnigy esc.

even with this wingspan I can still make it crawl super slow without a hint of stalling! with 3s it's crazy fast don't let your eyes off it when you're doin high speed low pass. With 2s it's a blast to fly and I get around 10 min flight time. I will post the vid a.s.a.p.

Hi Mayday 27.

Cool looking plane. I will go and work even harder on mine to finish it. I hope it will fly well on it's maiden. I will post some pics when the plane is a success.
