Any help would be appreciated
Try this: uninstall the old version (Windows control panel). Then reboot and install the new version.

What file is the existing version saved to. Is it in Program Files?

If You are running Windows "Vista" on Your PC this could be the problem.

You can read about installation problem and how to fix installation method of CC 3.12 Link on CC site.

Well, I'm taking a deep breath and going through all 4 of my speedo setups again. I've read through this thread and figured I would give the 3.13 another try. So far 2 haven't really had the gov work, 1 I could barely fly cause of the tail jerking, and 1 started burning up, although I can't positively pin that on the firmware. (It could be coincidence.) I'd really like to get the govs back to working the way they did before the upgrade - i've done so much tweaking I forget where I started with settings for each one! It's no picnic getting to the receiver on my 2 HV rigs, let alone doing it 6 or 7 times as I try different gain settings.
OK, I'm whining, and yeah, they don't cost $400 each, and they are an American product, so I'll go through them all again and give it another chance.
