Exceed brushed rc drift car
hi, i purchased this drift car
http://www.raidentech.com/exdrstaw1sce.html and it is very cool but i was wondering could i put a 7.4 volt lipo battery on it, with the stock motor and esc or will it just fry it? and also what kind of motor/esc should i get for it, i don't want to spend to much money, only about 50-60$ |

A 7.4v lipo should work fine. Just be careful since there is no low voltage cutoff. If you want to brushless for around $80 get a yeah racing brushless drift combo.

you'll have to program the ESC... it may come with the card to program it depending which one you get...

The Yeah Racing brushless motor combos come with a program card, so it's simple to use.

if getting a new motor...you may have to program it...if you have the card to do so.

The stock one you will not have to program. Just plug in the battery and go.
