2003 Toledo R/C Show. Who and from where???
The famed Toledo R/C show starts this Friday 4/4/03.
I just wondered who might be going, when, and from where. If you've never been to this show, it is spectacular! Well worth a few hours drive. Fortunately, I only live 45 minutes from the venue, so I will be there bright and early on Friday morning. I'll be the one wearing the Tiger Moth Squadron T-shirt! GG www.tigermothsquadron.com |

Toledo Show Revisited
I hope to purchase a few long awaited goodies on Saturday. I am in the market for a brushless (Im thinking a hacker or an AStro 010). My question is this. I know that brushless motors require a special ESC. Are the brushless escs inetrchangeable or are they propritary? Can I use a hacker esc on an astro ? I would hate to get the wrong thing ?
Also, does anyone use the heat sinks for their motors ? I dont hear too much mention of it in these forums ? I will be stomping around Saturday in Toledo probably reeking from the pre-show glo fuel balloon fight saying to all the ladies "yes thats an overcharged kokam in my pocket AND im glad to see you" !
