Couldn't you just bend the pushrods?

then coat them in t-cut so the problem solves it's self over time.
however bending them will change elevator trim, with the wing on thats fine, but you may need to retrim if you launch without the wing in place.

True, but you the plane would probably turn or dive being out of trim so you'd realise you hadn't put the wings on.

I was gonna cut the pushrods around the wing joiner and replace that bit with some Bowden cable.....

I saw it done.

Once.

Briefly.

Looking at photo 7 (flap horn close-up), is this particular model carbon (or even double carbon)?

You could also try running the pushrods outside the fuz. I wonder if they'd make a nice whistling noise...

Just to clarify the whole pushrod thing. The elevator rod only really clashes at the extreme of the travel as it rises and lowers due to the action of the rear bellcrank. The rudder pushrod however fouls the joiner all the time. The solution is a simple elongation of the holes in the front bulkhead. These are 'clearance' fits anyway and offer no support to the front end of the pushrods, nor do they need too.
An easy fix discovered on the first production model from the moulds and one that I am sure will not be there on the next one.....

Yes, this model is a single carbon wing. The standard lay up will be glass with options for carbon.

Are my eyes deceiving me, or is that airfoil flat-bottomed from the joiner back?
could set a retro trend?

Kerning's crap on the logo.

I thought it was called a Typhoon, not a T yphoon. That's two words. And what's that spiky blob all about. Definite Vodaphone overtones there...no I stand corrected, my old man reckons it looks like the old Dickie Davies, Wide World of Sport logo. Ahh, Saturday afternoon wrestling, grandad in his chair, Big Daddy, Giant Haystacks. Isn't it.

All very confusing. Just a sec whilst I take my medication...
