Wots your plan from here? I guess you'll have to drill new lower holes up front then face the bulkhead with thin precured carbon to cover the old holes?

Don't think so! Any cut in the carbon joiner is going to be a stress raiser.

The moulded in ballast tube looks nice ... That would be great to see
on the RCRCM Vector too.

Ah, the pushrods can run in a slot through the front bulkhead and be fine. Had to do this on another model that was first from the moulds and it's never been an issue.
James will I've no doubt ensure that future holes are indeed 'lower'.

Some thoughts?
Well, it is built to a very high standard and the surface finish is very hard.
I could never say that about the luna.
Oh and it will need 10mm servos in the skinny wings.

Looks very tasty and I don't normally say that about + tail gliders. That fin looks good.
Nice colours too.

Ronnie's a reformed character these days. We were even both flying our Stings at the same time. Granted when he was low I was VERY high and when I was low I made sure HE was VERY high!

Silly billy, you can't do that you'll never get the first part of the joiner past the push rods.

What you can do is shave some carbon off the top of the push rods, remembering of course that they move back & forth so it'll be a small length of flat for each rod.

If I can be of any help again, you only have to ask.

I would have thought it would be best to replace the pushrods with 22swg piano wire. Then add some carbon somewhere to make up for the carbon footprint reduction of the model. Are there any 10mm servo over 40 quid? I doubt anything cheaper would work.
