I also added a cowl air scoop to get better air flow around the motor in addition to adding 20 grams of weight to the nose with stock motor to get the balance I want with a 1200 10 amp battery. Really like this plane and I have 17 of em!
You have a NIB one to sell? I finally sold mine as it was getting a little rough from my 2 years of flying it. Never crashed and was finally done in by its third owner. He put the pontoons on it and flew it from the lake, on a high speed pass the wing separated from the fuselage and you know the rest! Made a good bobber but the electronics are toast! I would love to get my hands on another!
