These are on h9's upcoming new 60 size p51. Here's the link: http://www.hangar-9.com/Products/Def...ProdID=HAN2420 Click on the multimedia tab for more pics.

I think I will have a closer look at the Mustang myself. A 120 4 stroke would be nice in that bird. The idea on the retracts looks good since most of the mechanical retract problems come from the linkage. If the retracts lock well this may be a good thing.

Once my Sig Mustang gets here I may get buisy and machine a bracket out of aluminum similar to this. Hangar 9 doesn't appear to be selling this yet as a single item. Probably won't until they have been out for a while.

Can anyone find the specs and measurements on these Hanger 9 retracts. If they are long enough, I might retrofit them to my Will hobby FW 190. For $94 they seem to be a bargain.
I cant seem get any dimensions.

Cheers
CJ

Where did you find the retracts' price - all I could find at horizon was the ones for the 150 size plane, which were $94? And, I guess you also need to factor in the price of two retract servos.

Yes the Horizon ones are the ones I saw. They are the only place that shows them for sale.
I would possibly use them if they fit the bill with a mod or 2 to suit the FW.
Like you said, by the time you factor in servos if you don't already have them it may not be worth it.

Here is a video of a simple test stand I made for my LADO 60-2 rotating retracts. I used a Dionysus Design Extra Slow Servo Rate Reducer on one half of the Y-harness to get the stagger effect:
