The pictures and techniques you are showing are awesome. But where is the picture of your shop clock that must have 32 hours per day?

Wow Joe. There sure is a whole lot coming out of your shop lately. Two complete original scratch builds, and whole quiver full of Mach 1's. Dude was correct with the comment about you finding 32 hours in a day...

I am really looking forward to seeing you and your planes in person in a few weeks!

Do what you can when construction is SLOW

I try not to waist much time when I am at the shop it is BUILD time and there is a lot to do so there is never nothing to do and I always through in a project with the Mach1's that I am building just to break it up a bit. With the 09 Fest coming up I thought I would do a bird or two along with the Mach 1's that I am building. Work is slow right now and my Dad is has cancer and is in his last months of his life which is reallllly going to be hard to deal with for me. I am looking forward to seeing all you guys at the Fest in a few weeks. It should be a blast for sure. Would like to come up Friday and Sat. but we will see how things work out with the wind too. Thanks for the complements on the build its nothing you guys cant do I just make it happen a little quicker.

I guess I'm the oddball. Since I've never seen a sloper in a Syrian or Indian paint scheme, I'd do one of them if it were mine.

Thanks Tom, It going to be really hard to loose my Dad. He has been through alot in his life. He has been sucked into a jet engine , been through BIGTIME storms at sea when he was abalone diving just to name a few. He is 82 and has lived a great long life and will be with God in the end so he is ready. Cory I tend to agree with you on the color of the plane I would kind of like to do it different than the typical scheme. Its pretty much ready for paint so soon we will find out what its going to be.

Great job on the Spitfire Joe. I am looking forward to seeing it at the PSS Fest. I have never had a Spitfire but it is on my short list.
Also my prayers for your Dad Joe.

Does any body have a three view of the spitfire that I am working on or one with the similar exhaust? Thanks and I appreciate your help.
