Slope sites in Wiltshire ?

Hello fellow Slopers

Just wondered if anyone knows of any good accessible slope sites here in Wiltshire ?

not too sure what you mean by 'slope sites' but i am in the army based in warminster. there are some serious hills here and one or two have some decent sloping gradients leading up to them. if thats what you are after then get yourself down 'imber road' in warminster. it leads through the garrison (complete access allowed). keep going until you see 'the hill' on your right hand side......say no more

Cherhill's not bad (long hard slug up it though), the gallops (near beckhampton, about 3 miles from cherhill), is quite good, roundway hill near devizes often see's a lot of R/C. All have good parking space.

Win Green Hill

The best slope I know is not actually in Wiltshire but is worth travelling to reach. It is Win Green Hill a few miles south of Shaftebury. If you go to Google Earth you can see some good photos of it. There is a car park so you can launch 50 yards from your car. Superb.
