Hello! UK Gyro Fly-in

Hello all! Thought it was about time I joined in all the fun!
Just a wee bit of history; through my life I’ve been involved with full size fixed wing, helicopters & autogyro’s. Recent years have seen me get into the RC side of things, initially flying helicopters and then moving onto fixed wing. A couple of years back I thought it would be a great idea to build a 1/3rd scale Benson (see photo) “however” it sort of got put on hold and has remained that way up until this past Christmas when I spotted the infamous Mr Richard Harris flying his RPG on you-tube, as you can imagine this got the old taste buds going & enthusiasm was rekindled. Anyway the long and the short of it is that I will be working on getting the Benson in the sky’s but in the mean time “wait for it” I’m building a an RPG!

Hello. UK Gyro Fly-in!

Thanks Rich!
Plans arrived yesterday and the build is on! I did mail you to let you know.

As Rich has said I did indeed offer the use of my local club for the UK Gyro Fly-in. Please take a look at the dates below and if you are interested please let me know so as I can make arrangements. I have added a link to our web-site so as you can have a look and get directions. If you bring a caravan and plan to stay on-site over the weekend the club request you make a small donation of £10 for the weekend.
Fresh water and sewage disposal is available onsite.
Sunshine and calm conditions have been ordered for the weekend!
