Still cutting templates if anybody needs any. I'm also hoping to be getting a larger cnc router operational in the next few months for cutting wing and fuselage molds/plugs. Overall travel size will be around 24" by 66".

I guess there would be a couple of options. You could directly cut the balsa ribs out with the cnc router. If you want to make cheap multiple copies of balsa ribs you could also make a template and then use a hand held router with a template bushing. Also, CNC lasers can be pretty fast if you just need balsa or thin wood cut out.

If you are ever in the need of templates Justin is the man to go to.
I cut my first Supra airfoils using his templates and they are very easy to use and accurate. The leading edge ramps are perfect.
