Right now I can cut templates around 17" by 21" but in the next month I'm getting a larger machine (24" by 67"). DXF or vector PDF files work well or you can just specify the airfoils, chords, and washout and I can draw them with Profili Pro. I then can add wire stops, curved leading edge ramps, etc. I have formica and phenolic (phenolic costs a little more because it takes a little longer to cut and is more expensive to buy).

Not quite sure what a servo template looks like. Do you have a picture or drawing? What material does the template have to be made from? I'll go ahead and send you a PM.

That's a great idea. I bet it would cut through 1/8" ply like butter if it is cutting phenolic and Formica.

I haven't followed the Edge thread very closely. Has the wing and tail planforms been published? I can draw the templates fairly quickly if I knew the airfoil, chord length, and washout angle.

Looks like mine were the templates in the pile to the right

They arrived yesterday, and look really nice. I will have to post a picture of how nice a TE finish that these leave. I ended up trimming a piece of foam off the TE that was only .007" thick

Yup...those are your templates on the right. Remind me to give you a bigger repeat customer discount next time since I think you've already ordered 4 or more sets of templates. I've lost track....
