Help!
T-Maxx TRX 2.5

I bought a second hand T-maxx which was a none runner, i replaced the head, piston and sleave and also the comrod. I have since built it back up and its runs fine, however half way through running it in i noticed when piston is at top dead centre the fly wheel rocks back and to without the piston moving.

Should this happen, any help would be much appricaited ASAP.

Thanks

that is normal. its just because the piston is at the point where it changes direction and the minor amount of clearance in the pin to rod and pist gives a feel of slop..

T-Maxx 2.5

Thanks for the reply. I have again stripped it down and i took the conrod and piston off and there is movement between the piston and conrod. I used the old pin and G clip could it be that. I know what you are saying but it seems like to much movement, when the piston stops the camshaft spins accros to stroke down it makes a slight knock.

Any ideas???
