brushless upgrade for 4G1B Walkera?

Hi everyone!

After some months with my co-axials (Apache with brushless motors/xtreme parts and Walkera Airwolf) I bought a Walkera 4G1B. Package should arrive later this week.
Now on to my questions: is it possible to upgrade the helicopter with brushless motors? I hear the stock ones wear off rather fast! I've searched the internet for possibilities but was unable to find anything that my puny beginner's mind can completely understand ;-))

- is it possible?
- what parts would I need?
- any tips on (dis)assembly of the system?
