Here are a couple pics of my Novak 13.5 Brushless setup.
I'm using the Novak 11T pinion and it's still crazy fast, I had to tune it down in my radio until I get better at controlling it.
The battery packs I use are 2600mah Lithium Ion.
I have the Futaba FAAST 2.4ghz Rx mounted in the subframe over the rear wheel.
This is one of the best RC's I've ever had. Bikes are a challenge, but for me that is the challenge.
Venom made a great affordable bike that works, is durable and so upgradeable, I love it!!!

Thought i'd add my piece of work here

HOR
Venom brakes and front wheel, fitted with stock weight/tire
6800KV hobbycity motor
EZ run 18 esc
1750 2s lipoly
About all the alloy HOR upgrade parts.
Atomic single sided arm kit
Venom medium rear tire.

Have been driving it this weekend and having a blast! the battery lasts forever, i never wore one out, i wear out first. the brakes are a huge improvement over the rear brake only, especially with BL power.

I now remember how tricky these things are to drive! Very addicting.

Can you tell by the paint I was re-learning to ride and setup

same motor i run but 5400 kv on 3 cell !!! good job my friend . just rember rpm times voltage gives you the kv so on your 2 cell you getting 50,320 rpm ( no load ) from the motor mine on 3 cell gives 59,940 wich is super crazy !!! on a 3 cell you would be pushing 75,480 whoo boy !!!!

Yep, the power is perfect, throttle never opened fully, and it drives forever, technology is great

These motors have to be the physics limits for these little bikes, do you ever actually use that extra 10k rpm and live to tell the tale

Im still re-learning these bikes {had a non moving rider when i was a kid that I drove to death}, so maybe I will want more later, but in reality i really dont think so. Go faster and you just gonna break stuff big time.

Also, my motor is not the same as you got{you got the correct one!}, i had to machine an adaptor to fit it, it had the bearing housing that sticks out.

They are the same, all made by the same factory, just you have the flush endplate.

A funny thing about non moving rider bike. To get more speed, I got that DMC20bb or whatever, and eliminated the middle spur gear, and mounted the motor in it's place. it was certianly faster. and i swiss-cheesed the whole frame with lightening holes

Problem was they only had those pathetic 300 mah or whatever batteries

Looking for a simple paint job that would be distinctive among a grid of kit bikes, so went back to my roots with a simple Honda NSR750 Red/Black look, hope you like.
