Hopefully, mine will be a little lighter.

While in Toledo, I had my doubts, and purchased a larger engine for the 195.

Some of you may remember, I have previously purchased two other engines for this model.

My plan is to do taxi tests. If the big Cessna feels "light", I'll be confident that it will fly.

If she feels "heavy", I'll put in the new power plant.

Although I'm not a fan of the new, Chinese, engines, I bought a RCGF 55. It should be a power jump over the 50 twin.

She's amazing Glenn!!

Tom, I saw one RCGF running last weekend. Seems a good engine and it was performing some 3D maneuvers on an also chinese Sbach 300 27% scale. The guy only said to break in using mineral oil and then switch to motul 800 and premium gas

Models like this inspire me. After having just build my first kit I realize the degree of skill and knowledge one has to posses to built a model to this level, very humbling. Hats of to you sir.

Beautiful model, Glenn. I was hoping to see this first hand at Toledo. How about next year?

I have no intention of invading this thread, however, a word of encouragement for you....A first class modeler from long ago, told me ....you don't build a scale airplane, you build scale parts ,one at a time,to the best of your ability....you end up with a scale airplane, just as you see here.
