@attfjamie blababhabhab = an "at" message to the person
dm attfjamie blabablahblab = a private message to the person (non-public)

Both of these puts up a red flag to that person so they see it.

i scooped up tweetee or something for iphone too. all i know is it didn't update my image from the default goof to my slick foosin' heli trademark.

other than vanity issues, it seems cool enough.

how *do* they pay for all that SMS traffic? even the slow stuff is not cheap.

It's just tiny bits of web traffic. Like IM, not SMS.
yeah make sure the img is the proper format.. it should propagate.
the free twiterriffic for the iphone is great, but tweetie has so much better features.
