HK-450TT PRO V2 Flybarless 3D Torque - Which servos

Hi,

I'm building a HK-450TT PRO V2 Flybarless helikopter, and don't know which servos to choose.

My other parts are:
- Motor: Scorpion Scorpion HKII-2221-8 (12T pinion)
- ESC: Scorpion Commander 15V 45A ESC SBEC (V3)
- Receiver: Spektrum AR7200BX

My budget for all 4 servos is around 150€ ($200).

I think, that for cyclic servos, I'm going to use the Hitec HS-5065MG or does anyone suggest something else.

I've gone for the same cyclic servos, after hearing a lot of good things about them (no first hand experience yet).
For tail I went for Align DS525M. If your budget is bigger, you could consider MKS DS8910A+. Cheaper option would be Turnigy TGY-306G(-HV) but it's smaller and will require an adapter piece. Also might wanna open it up and insulate the inside of the metal casing.

Thanks JesseFDB!

What about the Futaba S9257 for tail?
How would it work in combination with the AR7200BX receiver?

Or maybe MKS DS9670A+ http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...56&aff=1295381

The Futaba 9257 has to run at 4.8v. It's OK - it used to be one of the best tail servos - but I think the Turnigy 306G is even better, and it works great on cyclic on a 450 Pro. If you like, you can get the MKS version for a lot more. Having to use an adaptor on the tail servo mount is no big deal.

The Hitec servos would be fine on cyclic, but they're not as fast as the 306. I use a Hitec 5084 on one of my 450 tails, and it's not quite as good as a 306.

To be honest, I'd prefer an ESC with 6v or even 7.2v output options, and more than a 3A BEC. The YGE 45A is good, with a great governor mode and strong 5.5v 6A SBEC or you can pay a lot less for the YEP 45A, along with the program card.
